While we use fine quality materials, medical alert jewelry is subjected to extreme wear and tear and may occasionally break. Removing your bracelet for such activities such as showering and swimming may help prolong the life of your bracelet. For this reason we offer a very generous, long term replacement program.
If your bracelet does not fit correctly, return the beaded band with instructions on how much it needs to be adjusted and we will re-do it and ship it back without any re-stringing or shipping charges.
If for any reason, your bracelet breaks in the first 30 days, we will replace the beaded band absolutely free, (and no additional shipping and handling fees). Simply email us as soon as possible to notify us of the problem.
If your bracelet breaks in the first 60 days, we will give you a 50% discount off a replacement band (shipping and handling charges will apply). Simply email us for the correct discount code for the checkout process.
If your bracelet breaks anytime after 60 days we will give you a 25% discount off a replacement band, (shipping and handling charges will apply). Simply email us for the correct discount code for the checkout process.
